Dear Parents,

I am anxiously awaiting my new list of Kindergartners!

Last year was my first year back in Kindergarten, after teaching first grade for two years. Teaching first grade gave me such great insight into what my Kinder guys and girls need to know to be successful the next year.

A little about me: I graduated from Stephen F. Austin State University in May of 2002 with a degree in psychology. I became certified to teach through Region IV's Alternative Certification Program. This is my ninth year teaching in Dickinson.

I live in Texas City with my husband, Alex and our 5 1/2 year old daughter, Arden, who will be attending Bay Colony Kindergarten this year. I love to read, go to Disney World, putter around in the yard, and play with Arden! I truly love teaching and building relationships with my kids and their families.

I cannot wait to meet your kiddos and you!
